Step 2: Unboxing & Setting Up Your Meta Quest 2
You're almost ready to dive into immersive VR training with Interplay Learning! Let’s get your Meta Quest 2 headset unboxed, charged, and perfectly fitted so you can start your training experience smoothly.
🔋 Charge Your Headset
Before anything else, plug the charging cable into your Meta Quest 2 and connect it to a power source.
The indicator light will turn green when it’s fully charged.
If you haven’t already charged it, we recommend keeping it plugged in during the initial setup and updates.
🧢 Adjust the Headset for a Comfortable Fit
Getting a clear view and a comfy fit makes all the difference. Here’s how:
👓 Set the Lens Spacing
Gently move the lenses left or right until they click into place.
Stop at the position where everything on the screen looks the clearest.
🎧 Adjust the Side Straps
Locate the sliders on either side of the top strap.
To loosen: move sliders toward the top strap.
To tighten: move sliders away from the top strap.
Re-center the top strap once adjusted so it’s even and comfortable.
You’ll need to take the headset off to adjust the side sliders.
👓 Wearing Glasses?
Use the glasses spacer included in the box before putting on the headset.
🧠 Final Fit Tips
Once side straps are set, put your headset back on and adjust the top strap using the Velcro.
For added comfort, gently tilt the headset using the firm arms on either side to adjust the angle against your face.

Follow the in-headset instructions
Open the Meta Quest mobile app to finish the setup
