Setting Up the Pico Neo 3 for Interplay Learning

    Good news: No account is needed to get started with the Pico Neo 3! Just agree to the terms and conditions, set up your guardian space, and you’re ready to go. Follow the steps below to install the Interplay Learning app and begin casting to a larger screen.

    📲 Installing Interplay Learning on Pico Neo 3

    Step 1: Download the APK

    Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Interplay Learning app.
    📥 Access the most recent APK here

    Reminder: If an update is released, download the new APK to replace your current version.

    Step 2: Transfer the APK to the Headset

    1. Plug your Pico Neo 3 into your computer using the included USB cable

    2. Open Windows File Explorer

    3. Navigate to:
      Pico Neo 3 Pro > Internal shared storage > Download

    4. Drag and drop the APK file into the Download folder

    5. Safely unplug your headset

    Step 3: Install the APK on the Headset

    1. Put on your headset

    2. Open the main menu

    3. Select File Manager

    4. Go to the APKs tab along the top

    5. Tap on InterplayLearningPico.apk and install

    6. Go to your App Library and launch Interplay Learning

    You’re now ready to start your immersive learning experience in VR!

    📺 Casting Your Pico Neo 3 Screen to a TV or Monitor

    Want to share what you’re seeing with others? Here’s how to cast your headset view to an external screen using Miracast.

    ✅ What You’ll Need:

    • Your Pico Neo 3 headset

    • A TV, projector, or monitor that supports Miracast

      • If your device doesn’t support it, you can use a Miracast dongle

    • A stable Wi-Fi connection

    🔄 To cast a single-eye view, go to:
    Settings > More > Connected Devices > Enable ‘Single-eyed Display’

    📡 Option 1: Casting to a Built-In Miracast TV or Receiver

    1. Ensure both your Pico headset and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network

    2. Open the Miracast app on your TV

    3. On the headset, double-press the Pico button (on the right side) to open the Quick Menu

    4. Select ‘Screencast’

    5. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and make sure ‘Enable wireless display’ is ON

    6. Choose the device you want to cast to

    7. Accept the casting request on your TV

    8. Your VR view will now appear on the screen!

    📦 Option 2: Casting with a Miracast Dongle

    1. Plug your Miracast dongle into your TV and select the correct HDMI input

    2. Connect your Pico headset to the Wi-Fi signal of the dongle

    3. Double-press the Pico button to open the Quick Menu

    4. Select ‘Screencast’

    5. Enable wireless display via the three dots in the corner

    6. Choose the dongle from the device list

    7. Your headset screen should now display on your TV!

    🛑 To Stop Casting

    1. Double-click the Pico button

    2. Open the Screencast menu

    3. Tap the three dots

    4. Disable ‘Enable wireless display’
      ✔️ Casting will now stop.
