✅ Before You Schedule: Let’s Get Ready
Make sure these boxes are checked before scheduling your exam:

☑️ Check Your Tech Setup
You’ll need:
A laptop or desktop with a working microphone and webcam
A strong internet connection
No Chromebooks, tablets, or smartphones
No headphones allowed

🗓️ How to Schedule Your EPA Exam
Follow these easy steps to schedule your test:
Log into your Interplay Learning account
Go to the EPA Section 608 Certification course
Click the Start button
Inside the Testing Portal, click “Take a Test”
Choose the EPA 608 – Universal Exam
Review and confirm your contact details
Scroll to the bottom and click the button to open the ProctorU scheduling portal
In the portal, select “Schedule” under “Active Exams”
Pick your preferred date and time
Confirm your choice, and you're all set!
You must schedule your exam at least 72 hours in advance.
You’ll receive an email confirmation from ProctorU once you’ve scheduled your exam.

✔️ A government-issued photo ID
✔️ A clean desk (no notes, books, calculators, or outside materials)
✔️ A reflective surface (like your phone screen) to show your space

🎯 On Exam Day: Launching the Test
Open the Guardian Browser
Log into your Interplay Learning account
Go back to the EPA 608 course and click Start
Open the ProctorU Portal and start your proctor session
Follow your proctor’s instructions and launch your exam!
💡 Pro Tip: You can log in to your session up to 3 minutes early.
🔄 Need to Reschedule?
Plans change—no worries! Just return to the ProctorU portal (where you scheduled your exam).
Please be sure to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule on shorter notice than that, please reach out to support@interplaylearning.com for assistance.
🔁 Retaking the Exam?
You’re allowed up to three total attempts.
If you pass Core + one Type (I, II, or III), you’re certified for that Type.
Scores for passed sections can be carried forward—so you won’t have to retake everything.
If you fail Core, you’ll need to retake all sections.
